Most "AI consulting" means one thing: a general-purpose language model, operating on prompts. We think that's a category error.
Different questions call for different kinds of machine reasoning.
Some problems are about pattern and resemblance — what does this situation look like, across thousands of cases? That's where connectionist systems excel: they recognize, associate and systematize what a person would miss.
Other problems are about structure and consequence — if this holds, what follows? That's where symbolic reasoning earns its place: it tracks logic, dependency, contradiction.
A diagnosis needs both — pattern recognition to read the field, structured reasoning to find what generates it. Choosing which intelligence meets which question is not automation — it's judgment.
Finally: The judgment remains human.

Interpretation
It determines how you observe and what you choose to do about it.
Two things happen here. First, in the interest of clarity, the instrument's gathered data is rendered alongside visualizations designed for comprehension, not presentation—not dense reports, but direct images that reveal where pressure accumulates, where stated values diverge from actual practice, where the trajectory leads if conditions remain unchanged. Second, a researcher sits with you and explains the results and what they mean: which tensions warrant examination, how we diagnose the situation, and whether the conditions for action are present. The machine reveals the structure. A human helps you navigate it.
Hybrid intelligence is not the machine doing the thinking; it is the machine removing the obstacles so thinking can occur.

Structure
It governs how raw input is rendered legible.
A singular aspect is never isolated; it is a node of densely bundled data. Disentangling those threads by hand, across hundreds of inputs, is the bottleneck that has long made analysis of this kind impossible at scale. The researchers therefore direct the machine to perform the task of disambiguation via our framework. It then articulates the whole into an organized network — what connects to what, what drives what, what obstructs what. Pattern recognition surfaces out of disorder; structured reasoning holds the relations in place and ready for analysis and interpretation by the researchers themselves.
What no individual analyst could retain in mind, the instrument holds at full resolution — leaving the researcher free to do the one thing the machine cannot: determine what it means.

Data Collection
It determines what the program processes — and at what depth.
Most analysis reads an organization on one register: the numbers, or the organizational chart, or the culture survey. But tensions rarely live inside a single layer — they live in the gap between them, where strategy says one thing and operations do another. So we read every layer at once: the material and the financial, the operational, the social and emotional. Quantitative and qualitative, hard data and lived perception — gathered across roles so no single vantage point passes for the whole.
